ReThink Ability Disability Awareness Training is enriched with the expertise and insights from various New Brunswick disability organizations – including ours. It focuses on not just broadening our understanding of learning disabilities but also diving deep into aspects of living with different disabilities. It’s a journey towards greater empathy, practical support, and a more inclusive society.

Central to ReThink Ability training are these real-world scenarios and first-person narratives that provide insight into the everyday challenges and successes faced by individuals with disabilities, breaking down stereotypes and misconceptions. Modules are presented in English, ASL, French, LSQ, and are equipped with closed captioning and screen reader compatibility, ensuring that the training is accessible to a diverse audience.
How to Access the Training
Available for both individuals and groups, the training offers various pricing options to accommodate different needs. If you are a New Brunswick educator and are interested in accessing the “ReThink Learning Disabilities” module, please contact LDANB at ed@ldanb-taanb.ca for a code.
