Step Up for Learning!

by ldanb-taanb / Wednesday, 16 September 2026 / Published in LD Awareness Month, Sponsorship Partners, Updates

People with learning disabilities (LDs) thrive when they have access to the right intervention, supports, technology, and resources. Students and adults with LDs have the ability to lead meaningful and successful lives and with the right tools, understanding, and opportunities, they can reach their goals.

Steps 4 Learning is LDANB-TAANB’s virtual walk/run/roll fundraiser, bringing people together from anywhere to get moving, raise awareness, and show their support for children, youth, and adults with learning disabilities.

Walk, run, roll, bike, swim, or move your way through the challenge. Participate on your own, with your family and friends, as a business or community team, or as a classroom or school.

Every step helps move us closer to a future where people with LDs have the support they need to succeed.

Registration is open to participants of all ages and abilities, and schools and classrooms can participate for free. Fundraising is encouraged but not required, our goal is to get people moving, start conversations, and raise awareness about learning disabilities.

Because learning disabilities can be a marathon, not a sprint—and we need to keep moving forward together.
