LDANB-TAANB is seeking nominations for outstanding individuals

LDANB is seeking nominations for the 2022 Awards Ceremony. Link is in the caption.

The event on October 20th, 2022, will mark LDANB’s second awards ceremony.

During the event, LDANB will be presenting awards to outstanding individuals and/or groups for their work in advancing the understanding and acceptance of persons with learning disabilities.

The Learning Disabilities Association of New Brunswick is seeking nominations in the following category:

Individual or Group with Outstanding Achievement in the Support of Persons with Learning Disabilities.

The individual/group who receives this award will have gone above and beyond by:

  • Embracing the use of assistive technology in their classroom or workplace to support their students or employees with learning disabilities.
  • Incorporating universal design into their teaching/lesson plans.
  • Providing a voice for persons with learning disabilities.
  • Or, is an individual who has overcome obstacles with their own learning disability.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, August 29th 2022.
